Short version: our games don't collect any personal data, and this website doesn't track you. The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail.

Who we are

Clown Fiesta Arts is the trading name of [full name / business name], [business address], Poland. We are the controller of any personal data described here. Write to us at privacy@clownfiesta.net.

Our games

This covers Volata: Ink Racer on iPhone and Android. The game works offline and doesn't send anything over the internet. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and we don't receive or share any data about you or how you play.

Your settings, lap records and the replays behind your ghost car are saved only on your device. Deleting the game deletes them. On Android the game asks for one permission, to vibrate the phone.

If a future update adds anything that does use your data, such as online leaderboards or ads, we will update this policy before that update is released and say exactly what is collected and why.

This website

clownfiesta.net sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and the technical details of each request to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and what you send only to reply and to fix what you reported. We keep the conversation as long as it's needed for that, then delete it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete any data we hold about you, to limit how we use it, or object to it. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

Children

Because the game collects no data at all, it collects none from children either.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
